Ingredients

Hops

We use hops from Czech Republic, Germany, USA, New Zealand and Australia. For each time of beer different hops to reach the optimal taste.

Malt

We use malts by Weyermann for crafting our beers.

Technology

Two brewing kettles for 10 hl wort are heated by steam. We use separate primary fermentation in open fermenters. Capacity of lager cellar is 250 hl. For dry hopping we use external circulating extractor.
